Occasionally damage in transit or faults in manufacturing do occur, if a problem is found, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item to notify us of the fault. A photograph is usually the simplest way to show the fault. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. For faulty items we will also refund the return shipping cost.
To return your item for any other reason we can offer you an exchange or a store credit (valid 6 months and not including shipping costs).
Unfortunately we cannot offer exchange or refund on sale items.
In all cases we request that you contact us first before sending the item back.
For us to process your return we request that the returned item/s are in their original, unused condition including all tags and packaging.
The goods must be returned within 14 days from the date you receive them, goods returned after this period will be exchanged or refunded only at our discretion.
All postage costs for returning goods are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note there is no returns on sale items.
